I was just wanting to see who carries where they shouldn't.
I live in NC our laws say we cant carry in places that serve alcohol, schools, government buildings, places that charge admission and so on.
Now I wouldn't think about carrying in a court house or police department but an applebees or other restaurant (as long as your not drinking) I don't see why not or a movie theater what is the problem there. And how about places that put no gun signs up.
I would like your opinions and if you know what would happen if caught carrying concealed in these places.

Having some trouble understanding the wording of a question on the Florida cwp application.
This is question #8 on the Florida concealed weapons permit application. In the part I marked in bold below. NOTE, this is not asking about conviction.
My Question: Are they asking about felony of domestic violence OR ANY felony?

A copy of the document issued by the court or probation office evidencing completion of probation or other conditions must be submitted with your... [Read More]

I'm going to a football game at Notre Dame University, and cannot find anything contrary to me carrying. Unless Indiana statutes definition of "school" or "private school" (no CCW there) pertain to Universities. Can anyone tell me for sure? Thanks.

Non-Resident Permit States |

I haven't been able to access handgunlaw.us submenu to get the Non-Resident Permit States.
Does anyone know which States offer a Non-Resident Permit (other than Florida) by mail? (Meaning without having to be physically in the state to take their test like Utah)
thanks
