    You'd have to be pretty strong to push a cleaning rod through the barrel with one in the chamber...might as well take it out to make things a little easier.

    Ah yes. What we have here is proof the "Peter Principle" is still alive and well. The Peter Principle is that people in a hierarchial organization tend to rise to their level of incompetance - which is one level above their level of competance.
