When I ran the range in the Navy, If I allowed this to happen,you can bet I would have been Court Martial ed on the spot. No one ever goes in front of the muzzle of a loaded firearm. No one.
Pulling targets in bullet proof target butt are not 100% safe either.
That is a dead cameraman waiting to happen. No way no how would I do that or allow it to be done in my presence.
Also did that seem like a high student to instructor ratio where the instructor was not messing with a camera?
