He might want to memorize the 4 rules of gun safety that every owner of a gun should commit to memory...Oh yeah..too late now. Not trying to be cold about this..but it is critical to abide by these RULES.

Best Choices for Self Defense Ammunition
The best safety is the one between your ears. If you don't have that safety all worked out, there is a non-zero chance that it will be replaced by a bullet from your own gun.
What a horrible thing for his 13 year old son to see.
The article states "The gun then fired as the victim was waving it around his head." Unless the gun was defective or heavily modified, he must have pulled the trigger. The gun did not just fire on its own.
Prayers to the family. What a senseless tragedy.

Woops!
Know how your gun functions and don't wave it around! You'd think that would be standard practice.
I don't carry a gun to look for or start a fight. I carry one to finish a fight I never wanted to be in.
Unloaded means no magazine and an empty chamber. Either 1 of the 2 can d be deadly. Sad story, hopefully his family can deal with this.

No kidding. Very sad.
The first person that came to mind is the moron that likes to give his Glock a "spin" while wearing his CCW badge and then put up his "educational" videos on YouTube. It's on another thread around here somewhere. The days acomin'. And I sure hope that during this guy's teachings, he wasn't saying that you should wave the gun around your head.

Now that is just plain Sad. No excuse for it either,Never play around with weapons loaded or otherwise.Lots of people who should have known better are killed with an unloaded gun.
Sometimes it's best to just not say anything. It's all been said before, but apparently there are people who still don't get it and probably never will.
If you can read this, thank a teacher. Because it's in English, thank a vet
Waving a loaded gun around his head...............?
For what reason....?
A family tragedy
A father died...... Children are now left to fend
Not comic material
Hopefully teaches safety and seriousness of CCW, so another person is more careful.
