I just see a model doing her job.
The worst part is the ad. I have no idea what the heck is going on in that. What does an eye have to do with guns?
Using a false title to attract readers then correcting it in the text later on is the tactic of the tabloid journalist. It is dishonest. If the title says I will see a picture of a woman pointing a gun at her forehead am I wrong to expect just that? Why is this woman pointing a gun at her forehead?
I assure you it was NOT an intentional dishonest tactic to attract readers. Never entered my mind.
Now, to the point of my post...do you see anything wrong with her gun handling and having the gun so close to her forehead? Is this a position you see as prudent and could recommend to friends and family?

It could be the "High Forehead ready position"
Don"t let stupid be your skill set....
Only thing more stupid than this commercial is all the "hoop la" over it in this thread.
A woman must not depend on protection by men. A woman must learn to protect herself.

At least her finger is not on the trigger!
Instead of railing about her doing something we consider unsafe why not use it as a teaching tool to show others examples of unsafe practices? We used to be taught that just because you see another person doing something doesn't mean that its a good idea to do it yourself.
What she is doing is much less dangerous than someone practicing fast draw with a handgun. And fast draw is much less dangerous than walking a tightrope over Niagara falls. People need to learn that what another person does is not necessarily safe for others to do without proper training or safeguards. And even with training it may be risky.
Maybe she just likes the Boon Dock Saints.
Kimbers are the guns you show your friends....Glocks are the ones you show your enemies.
The barrel is'nt touching ,that is an Aimpoint on her forehead, but still, there are better places to rest your head.
