Strange, that the same person who wouldn't place the pinkie finger in the way of a chainsaw on a dare is the same sort who wouldn't hesitate to point the barrel of a handgun at his own head and say "watch this..." or "it isn't loaded." Defies understanding.
Having grown up in these here parts nothing some of these people do surprises me any more.
Of course Boaz is the same town that about 7 years ago a guy wanted to show his girlfriend that no one was really able to hang themselves without help. You guessed it. He hung himself and his girlfriend couldn't figure out how to use a knife to cut him down. DOA

When I hear things like this , it reenforces an old worry of mine, stupid is increasing nation wide and less are willing to be cured.
Once again, someone dies from an unloaded gun....

Ah, Boaz, that little outlet town. There ain't much of anything else down there, so I'm not completely surprised.
This is why some pistols have magazine disconnect safety. Too many idiots take the mag out and think the gun is empty.
You can't have your cake and eat it too.
Idiots like this result in more gun legislation. Good grief!
