Of course now we get to line up and tack that stripe on properly.

Congratulations!! Gimmie or not, be proud; you gave 28 months in service to your country at the previous grade.

Other guys have beaten me to congratulate you making Senior Airman, so I'll be the first to congratulate you (in advance) on making Staff Sergeant!

Congrats...Keep up the good work and be an example to all.
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

Congrat's (tho a little late)!!! I'll also second what the 1st Shirt said about leading by example. Been a long while since I was a SrA, but I remember it fondly.

Now, get that ALS behind you, study yer posterior off and make Staff. ;)
