    Another death of someone close.

As many of you have seen in my other thread, my dad died about a month ago. I just got a call this morning from my friend's mom that my friend died in a motorcycle accident last night. He was working out in Boston over the summer. I don't have any more details on what happened though. I know he liked going too fast on occasion, but I'm not sure what happened. We both went to the same college and were renting an apartment next year.

A friend sent me a link to a news article about it.

Sounds like he was just going too fast and lost control.

From what I've heard, there is construction on the road he lost control on, including some warning signs for motorcycles. I believe he may not have been speeding but may have just hit some construction wrong and went into a tank-slapper and couldn't recover.

It's such a shame. He was so smart. He was able to get almost all A's without studying. Everything he did just came naturally to him.

His mom asked if I could be a pallbearer, but I can't after just losing my dad. I feel really bad, but losing a good friend has brought back all of the pain of losing my dad too.

I didn't see anything about speed being a factor, anything could have happened, hit road debris, blown tire, when I was 22 I hadn't even started to live,as long as you relive the memories your dad and your friend will always be close
