Robert E. Ford (acparmed) 1952 - 2006

I just received word that Bob Ford, known to most of you by "acparmed", a friend and Sr Moderator here at CombatCarry.com has passed away from complications related to his recently diagnosed lung cancer. I have quoted a PM from his personal friend, Jimmy and an email I received from Judy, another close friend of his.

This news comes as a shock to us here at CombatCarry.com. I can't express how hard this news has come to me personally as well as the staff here at CombatCarry.com.

I never got to really know Bob but I know that he was a Great guy to learn from. I do know that he has a lot of Friends that knew him well and we will always remember him.

Keep him close to our hearts and remember all the good times...

I'm floored by the news.....may prayers and regrets go out to his survivors.

My thoughts as well and I'm sure of many more, both here and among those who knew him personally. At least we here at the forum will still have his multitude posts, with their experience and wisdom, to fall back on for many years to come.
