Mike we are praying for you and all of your family. Something like this can play havock on a child especially when the parents are divorced or seperated. I hope she doesn't think that if she had more time with him she might have been able to stop this and blame herself. If she does please help her to realize she is not to blame for this. Take care of yourself and your family, they will need you more now than ever as you will them.
Mike. Sorry to hear.
So very sorry for your loss. Praying that the Man upstairs will comfort you and your family in your time of grief and sorrow.
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
I am very sorry for this terrible loss. My condolences to you and all of your family in this tough moment in your lives. God bless!

Stupidity should be painful.
Sorry for your loss Mike. I will be praying for you and your family.
Sorry to hear this. Best of luck getting through these trying times.

and a high school education to fix'em!
Mike, there are no words that will help you make sense of all this. It's a terrible thing for parents to have to bury a child, and now yours are being called to do it a second time. I trust in God to give you the grace and strength to help see your parents through this, and to give you the comfort you'll need as well.
And remember - God never gives us more than we can handle.

Absolutely terrible. So sorry for your loss. In my work the last ten years, I have dealt with countless people with addictions issues. They never truly get rid of it. Adding your family to my list.

Folks, we just got back from the West Coast, and just wanted to say that I really appreciate all the thoughts and prayers from my DC family.
Also, if any of your family or friends is depressed or possibly showing suicidal tendencies, please talk to them and encourage them to seek help. Suicide may solve the individuals problem, but is harder on those left behind.
