Family friend needs prayer. Her 17 year old daughter died

Last year a family friend's daughter, Roxanne, went in for a knee surgery. She came out with massive pain and eventually her internal organs shut down. she was hospitalized many times over the next year. Long story short they got her internal organs working but she kept throwing up. It turns out she had an auto immune disease. She went home from the hospital after improving but was still having trouble eating. She went to bed one night at about 10pm and by 3am she was running 102 fever. She was taken to the hospital where they determined she had sepsis (sp?) and he white blood count was 1. She passed away on may 26th.

He mother is distraught. She was so upset that after the funeral she blacked out on the way to her car. What's worse is the next day her son was put in the hospital because he has chrome's disease. She has been through so much and really needs prayer.

On may 20th just 6 days before she died she made this video and I feel that the least I can do is to share it.

Always so sad when a young kid like that goes without even a chance to grow up and experience life. This one is a heartbreaker. I'm so sorry.

Burying a child is something that no parent should ever have to endure, especially such a young child as this young lady. You can count in another prayer and dozens more when I tell this to my friends and family.

Damn she just went in for knee surgery,as a Parent I can empathise with what her parents are going through,They must have needed her more in heaven than we needed her here on earth

Thanks everyone. I did not know her very well personally but from what my wife's family told me about her she was extremely smart. In the top 20% of her class and had an extreme faith.

She organized a blood drive while she was in the hospital and the red cross had to turn away over 50 people because they could not hold any more blood
