Congrats! Don't worry, they're just like guns, once you get one, you'll want more!

    Congratulations!

Kudos on the pregnancy my friend. My first and only, so far, will be eleven months the 31st. It's an awesome experience and you're surprised that something so small could mean the world to you.

Two words of advise that I have. The first and most important; if having sex with your wife makes you feel weird when she gets further along I suggest you say NOTHING and ride it out. Seriously. Rather it be from fear of hurting the child, which isn't an issue, or something else, just remain silent. Trust me.

Secondly, try to keep her as calm and stress free as possible. I did this with my wife. Had her quit waiting tables and virtually do nothing. Turns out for an amazingly chill child. My brother on the other hand kept his wife stressed the entire time and their baby, which is 3 weeks older than my son, is a fussy little thing.

Good luck! I want to experience it at least two more times.

Yup, and just like a gun, you gotta clean them every time they shoot...

Congrats! The beginning of a great adventure for you & your wife.

    Congrats
Pain is the best teacher, but nobody wants to go to his class.

When the past smothers the present, there is only desperation. When the future absorbs the present, life stands still. In either case a decision must be made because you only live now and you are only what you are now.

Congrats! Now here is my bit of advice. Love that child every single day even when you get tired and frustrated. They are the best. Also get that one gun you really want as it gets tougher to buy them going forward.

Spencer, that's great news... wish you and Mom the best. You have a world of opportunities ahead of you with your child... you'll soon have someone who imitates everything you and Mom do, and who thinks you two are absolutely infallible (well, for about 16 years, anyway). Here's your chance to set a high bar. God bless you and your family... and keep us posted!

There is nothing more rewarding than being a dad, well, maybe being a dad of a first class shooter.

    Congrats.

    Congratulations to you and momma

If it's a boy, remember Hiram25's words and NEVER forget your firearms training:
    (1) Always treat the weapon as if it were loaded - because it always will be.
    (2) Always keep the weapon pointed in a safe direction - and never skyward (what goes up, must come down).
    (3) Never allow yourself to be fanned by the muzzle.
    (4) As with any CC, always keep the weapon covered.
    (5) There is no safety on the weapon, no way to render it safe, and it can self-discharge at anytime.

    You will learn, grasshopper

Seriously, this will be one of the high points in both your lives - savor it, enjoy it, cherish it, love it, and always give it your frequent attention and best efforts.

    Bless you both
