    Congrats, Ex!!!

Sounds IMHO that you've got your priorities straight (ie 1st date church / 2nd range.).

May you both continue to share much love and happiness together for many and countless years to come!!!!

    Congrats, Jim!

    You're obviously doing something right!

You got a ways to go tho, bud. The frau and I just celebrated our 42nd last April.

    Congratulations!
The gun thing works for them, mine bought me a rifle and a shotgun just to get me hooked. It worked and still is.

on the eighteen years. In ten days we hit the 35th...that did take Divine intervention down through the years.

    Well Done!

My little wife is just lying down in bed after a long day of post surgery recovery and dealing with me and the kids....
God has truly blessed me with a beautifully made friend.... I could go on for several pages extoling her virtues, but I wont... She cant stand guns and doesnt understand my attraction to them, but she more than makes up for this by being one of the best persons I have ever had the pleasure of knowing ...

Allow me to join the board in congratulating your dear wife for bearing with you all these years

Kidding aside, it is a milestone and proof that a long lasting relationship is not a figment of some novelist's imagination.

However, that does not excuse you from not showing up at the next match on Saturday. Be there!

You KNOW that I am not a hot weather shooter. My "season" lasts from approx November till June. Thanks to my "UNCLE" I have a lasting aversion to hot weather exercise. I almost died in the jungle in 1986. You weren't with the club but I had a heat incident one July afternoon at Trail Glades. If we hadn't had 2 EMT's shooting with us that day I was told the club would have called 911. I semi passed out. But to my everlasting credit, I successfully cleared my AR-15 before I hit the deck! Actually, Nathan caught me before I did a real dirt dive. So NO...Miggy...I won't be there.

So you are the other one! We both have the distinction of being pulled off the line by Nathan due to heat exhaustion. In my case they saw me before EMT's were required.

I wasn't exactly pulled off the line. I had just finished a rifle course of fire. I was wearing a black TAC-Vest that had a full basic load of M-16 mags -- purty heavy. I finished the course, cleared the weapon and was about to ask about time and procedurals (if any) when.....

What a kind testimony of your love. Corny? Sure--but these are the things that make life worth living. Wishing you both many more years of hapiness and health.
