We will be much better off when we learn to deal with things as they really are, instead of how we wish them to be!

Y'all are too much! This is where I went right after my father passed and where I first went when my mom had a heart attack. Not to hard to figure out why.

I think I heard Gunney saying "Here this, numnuts, you've got two days light duty to get your ticker cleaned - be back here after that and report for duty or I'll be cleanin' your clock!!"

Good luck, God speed, and we'll expect you back soon

Good Luck,I just spent 6 hours at the VA doing my Yearly Spinal Cord Medical Evaluation.Bad Cholesterol is too high, put on 11 pounds last year so I'm at 211,asked about my eating habits etc.
No more flavored coffee creamers,no more Baking/cooking desserts,Gonna start sticking to a somewhat strict meal plan,so I can reverse the possibility of developing Diabetes which is something I never thought I would be a candidate for.I guess I'm not in as good a shape as I thought I was.But as long as I am willing to change, then I can achieve my objective,as soon as I figure out what that is I will "tweet" it or sumpin

You are in my thoughts. If you are having an Angiogram, it is a very strange experience when they release the dye. The balloon is no big deal either, but obviously the stent or by-pass options are more significant. I am not down-playing any of the issues, and wish you luck, but they are routine procedures in this day and age. As you say though, there is always that risk. You'll do great!!!!!! You are smart to have gone to the Doctor - Gold Star for that!!!!!!! We'll see you posting in a day or two!
