Good job, I've managed to keep most of the 120lbs I've lost off the past 16 years...now that im in my mid 30's I find myself wanting to get in shape, much difficult.

But good news is, i'm built like a flying squirrel with all the extra skin.

Well done-you are going to have to change your name from Cupcake to Beefcake.

Well Cupcake I found 40 pounds you lost.
Seriously good job,I had my VA spinal cord physical last week and I'm sliding down a slippery slope,as far as right now,I have totally cut out any sweet desserts and are eating more fruits and vegetables and even tho I have mobility issues need to start doing some weight training, and ride a stationary bike as long as my pain threshold will allow.I quit drugs and alcohol over 20 years ago,and quitting sweets is almost as bad,I can hear candy bars crying out to me as I walk past the candy aisle, but I am going to change.

Way to go, man. Thanks for the inspiration. Now how many guns could you carry IWB with your old pantaloons on?

Lol..no worries. But no, I'm au naturale. I have my extra skin...terribly annoying. At certain angles it's just not as apparent. If I'm wearing compression shorts...well, that's not so flattering. One of these days I'd like to have it removed, but can't afford it at the moment. That's OK...I've heard recovery is 4-6 weeks, and I can't take that kind of time off of my Ironman Triathlon training right now.

    Thank you all so much!

Just curious, since nothing in your blog/facebook/etc. seem to cover it...how long did it take?

Congrats cupcake! I lost 60 lbs myself last year doing a combination of P90X and Insanity. I am doing things athletically I never thought I would be able to do!

Outstanding job! Great inspiration to us all. Food is the hardest addiction there is and it is mostly accepted. Love to hear when someone can kick it as we all get hope.
    Thanks for sharing!
