100 Pounds Lost, before and after pics
Stop me if you've heard this one:
An oversized Cupcake walks into a gym....
back to back.jpg
Swears to make progress daily, no matter how big or small...
smaller fat pants.jpg
Figures out how to eat right on the go...
sidebysideshirtless.jpg
Eventually working out and eating well is no longer a chore...it's just life...
before and after.jpg
The Cupcake eventually drops from 282 pounds to 182, and from 36% bodyfat to 13.5%. Went from living imprisoned on the couch to living a life of adventure - Vacations are no longer about driving to tourist traps and eating, but instead rock climbing, hiking, biking, running, or white water rafting and becoming part of the scenery instead of taking pictures of it from scenic overlooks. He is much more able to defend self and family, and the health improvements will certainly add more years and enjoyment to his life than his firearm.
To my overweight friends:
Guys, You have to try this. It feels amazing to no longer be full of the self doubt that comes with being overweight and inactive....to have a body that will do anything I ask of it. My family enjoys life much more now that I am willing and able to do many more things with them, and no longer embarrassed to go out in public.

Is this your story??? If so, well done....well done.

I'm thrilled to give a positive push. We both need to thank TNMike...he helped motivate me to get started a few years ago.

I can't imagine the challenges you dealt with getting to the "after" pic. That took courage and character to accomplish. Well done.

having been with Herbal life for many years i have witness many success's. and yours certainly is a good one
few realized that weight loss is something one must work ( that means exercise) for and make nutritional changes, to have a chance of
getting and keeping the weight off. and as you did not putt it on overnight, it will not come off that fast either.
it takes the kind of work you did. work, dedication and time
changing a 'way we do something' takes 90 days for us to acccept it as a natural way.
dude, you look good.
as i've noticed about others--that they do not always do as i think they will nor often as they say they will.
this not only makes life interesting, it makes it dangerous too.

Not trying to sound like an ass. Just curious but did you have any cosmetic procedures done after the weight loss?
