Prayer sent.

We went once there to watch him. What little of the town I got to see was nice.
Hope that your situation and your dad's is resolved. Prayer works and we will continue with it.

Thank you everyone. It is comforting to know how many are praying. My Mom is very upset. They have lost a lot of their friends in the past couple of years and she is thinking the worse.

Thanks. Spartanburg is a great town. It has it share of problems, but it also has some of the most genuine, caring people I have ever met. When we moved here in 1993, we thought we would move down to Greenvile once we got our bearings, but Spartanburg and the people grew on us and we are still here.

I can feel your pain. My parents are both in poor health and are talking about quitting their chemo, to try to time their exit together. Both really don't want to be left without the other. This is a tough season of life.

Don't do things you don't want to explain to the Paramedics!
Stupidity should be painful.

Seems like some return prayers are in order. Consider it done.
Good news! The doctor thinks he has a very bad case of heat exhaustion. Doing some more extensive blood test just to rule everything out. It might take a few weeks form him to recover.

Prayers, we lost our Pastor recently from stroke related issues after clearing clogged carotid arteries.
My mother in law is confused and short term memory loss is advanced but she can function well and she had no stroke.

It's the stroke-related dementia that really hurts families. That sucks, sucks, sucks.
If 'mental illness' is a main cause of gun-grabbing sentiments, then mental illness is the true enemy.
