So very sorry for your loss. Prayers sent. When you need to, talk to us here on DC. Seek out someone to talk to locally via the hospital or the funeral home. You are not alone.

I have no words that would suffice, but you are in my thoughts and prayers today.
Ignorance is a long way from stupid, but left unchecked, can get there real fast.
Prayers for God to help you and your family through this tough time sent.
Simple words are inadequate at this time. It was a small blessing that you were able to speak to her and hold her before she passed, but I can't imagine your grief.

Absolutely one of the worst things that can happen in our lives,It's like a big part of us is missing. 25 years together is no joke ,I can empathize with you for I can only imagine what losing my wife would mean

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. There are really no words to explain how we feel when a family member has suddenly left us behind. Your family is there for you so take advantage of every bit of comfort that it offers and never forget to be strong and offer it in return to someone else that may need it. My deepest condolences.
