    On Safari in Texas

Well, not in the sense most would think.

I am working at a new restaurant my wife and her family opened here in Dilley Tx. It's a South African style food, safari themed restaurant. They opened the first week of January.
I am getting pretty good at making fries, lol.
I have also made some contacts with customers here that own large hunting ranches, and that Malay open up more hunting adventures for me in the future. From talking to them, it seems very few people hunt with a handgun.
I'd like to share some pics with you my friends here, as I'm quite proud of my wife and family who have worked so hard, and are still sacrificing so much to realize their American dream.
All of the artwork on the walls was painted by my father in law.

    Sounds fun!

Is Dilley located anywhere near Arlington? I might have to pop in when I go to visit my mom!

Oh great! Just my luck! I have already spoke with all 7 of the local PD and they said it was quite. I felt like they weren't being upfront. They asked me if I planned to work again, and I said no, when I retire I'm do e with LE work.

    Hope you all stop in

Fantastic story! You have every right to be proud of them - starting a business is a very difficult and brave thing to do.

    Good luck with your trip!
