    Talking 2 Year Wedding Anniversary

Well Limatunes has allready let the cat out of the bag, our 2nd anniversary is on the 16th, alas I will be out of town due work related issues.

I would jsut like to say that Limatunes is the best thing that could ever happen to a gun-crazed former Marine and that I am lucky to have her as my wife.

Everyone says that the first year of marriage is the hardest, if that is the case I know that were in for the best marriage on the face of the planet. Our first year was probably the best year in my life thus far.

Thank's honey for being the perfect wife and shooting buddy.

    Also:

She's mine! HAHAHA you can't have her and all her sisters are married and even if they weren't you wouldn't want them, they only like leather in the form of Coach bags, not holsters.

    Edited to add:

And yes dear I'll stay out of the suggestion thread...

Congrats and wishing you many, many more. My wife and I will celebrate our 30th in August. And, yes, she carries too.

Congrats! Where can I get some of that water that causes women to like guns? I really need some.

Hearty congrat's John ........ it is well apparent I think to us all here that you have an absolute precious gem for your wife.

I am lucky too in fact and just coming up to 7 years with my lady wife and know what it is like to share life with someone who is beyond what we may have ever hoped for.

May you guys share and enjoy countless more good years together

No.. he just did his reconnaissance, laid down good defenses around his target, outflanked the competition while laying down covering fire and swept me off my feet before anyone else even discovered his plan of attack.

Then he stood at the alter with his thumb on his nose while going "NA na NA na NA na!" and sticking out his tongue.

I had three proposals for marriage before John. But I was a picky girl who was not about ready to settle for anything less than someone who was 100% perfect FOR ME. I wanted to make sure that when I vowed the rest of my life to someone, I'd be vowing it to someone I could imagine being around for the rest of my life.

I put poor John through hell and made him jump through a year and a half worth of hoops before I'd even date him, even after three years of friendship. I set him up for rigorous testing of his character and will and in the end I found that not only was he everything I needed, he was more than what I ever dreamed of wanting.

This will be two years together as husband and wife, four years together as a couple, seven years together as best friends and eight years since I met the greatest man I'd even have the privilege to meet.

Thank YOU, honey, for being there for me, no matter what, and being my best friend!

    Okay, okay, were jealous already.

I love my wife of 13 years dearly, but man, I can't even get her to lock the door when she's home. At least her lack of passion about security is compensated for by her passion for...Oh wait, this is a family forum.

    Congrats to both of you.
