A hearty thanks to our service men and women on this 4th.

I just wanted to take a moment to Thank all who have served on this day we celebrate our great nation . Were it not for your service we would not have the freedoms and independence that we all tend to take for granted.

So no matter the branch you served in , or if your service amounts to LE EMS , Fire , or other first responder; Take full enjoyment of today knowing you helped make it possible .

For those who have lost family , friends, or parts of themselves in the service to our nation My deepest condolences, As Jefferson said: The tree of liberty must from time to time be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots . I have my libertys due to your loss and for that i am profoundly grateful .
Make sure you get full value out of today , Do something worthwhile, because what you do today will cost you one day off the rest of your life .
We only begin to understand folks after we stop and think .

    Thumbs up

They are the very best of the best!
Our country would have been long gone by now without them.

Another heartfelt ditto ...... my wife and I were watching fireworks with enjoyment not long ago - but reflecting all along about our boys in peril. Two very different worlds.

I think of them and give thanks many many times every day.

Thank you, United States Armed Forces veterans and those now serving.

Your new memorial was dedicated today in Kalispell, Montana.

Very true. Because they serve, we are free.
