RIP: James LeRoy
There were three deaths today in three different air show crashes in three different states. I knew one of the deceased pilots. James LeRoy was a new neighbor of my father-in-law just across the grass runway at a private airpark in north central Florida. He served his country in combat during desert storm as a USMC Sniper. He leaves a wife and a small child. He was a good father and a loving husband. He will be missed. Semper Fi & God Speed, Marine.
Former Army Infantry Captain; 25 yrs as an NRA Certified Instructor; Avid practitioner of the martial art: KLIK-PAO.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. As an aircraft mechanic and vet, it always sucks to hear about fatal plane crashes and the passing of a Veteran. RIP Marine.

Three! That is bad - one is bad enough. Worse too when someone you know and who also gave of himself to serve.
Prayers for his family.

What a tragedy. I too will wish your friend, and a brother Marine, God Speed, and will say a prayer for his family who must be beside themselves with grief.

I'm sorry for your loss Ex.
War is not the ugliest of things. Worse is the decayed state of moral feeling which thinks nothing is worth a war. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which he cares for more than his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free. -J.S. Mill

Not only a good man and father but a lucky man indeed to have had a loving family , good friends and neighbors, and to die doing something he loved .
Make sure you get full value out of today , Do something worthwhile, because what you do today will cost you one day off the rest of your life .
