Yeh, I just heard, too. I also have listened to him for decades, plus my daughter and I listen to him every day on the way to school.

I'll miss him. There are not many who are as positive as he was.

His wife passed just last year. I thought it might not be too long before he would follow.

He was an excellent speaker and I enjoyed listening to him. I also liked the way he ended his programs, with a bit of flair..

    Paul Harvey...Good Day !

He had what was probably the most recognized voice in America.

    I will miss him.

I hated to see that. He was quite the icon.

Folks I know in the radio biz that knew him and worked with him say he was meticulous in his preparation and delivery. Nothing was left to chance, and he'd nail it right down to the second.

I remember listening to him as a little shaver with my dad, yes indeed a class act.

I always liked that story he told around Christmas every year about the birds. He was a good man I always enjoyed his program.

I tried to catch his reports as often as possible.

    Blessings upon his family!

He will be mourned and remembered by thousands, if not millions!

When I first heard the news of this, I actually got a really sad feeling. I usually don't feel quite like that when I hear about someone in the news passing away. I suppose because he was an occasional part of my life in the past. I haven't listened to him in a long time, wish I had of now. As others have said, I can still hear his famous voice and expressions. He will be missed.
