Well April is two years since I had the operation for base tongue and lymph node cancer it sure doesn't seem like its been that long. My doctor is pretty amazed I didn't do chemo or radiation just the cutting part I had to see the Dr every month the first year now its every two months . I have to admit it took a lot out of me after learning to talk then eat all over again there are still a lot of things I can't do like I used to but thank the good lord and my wonderful wife of 42 years I am still around and still shooting and have plenty of time with my kids and grandkids. Remember live every day like it was your last because it just might be!
That is a wonderful report!
We are thrilled for you, and yes, God has blessed you!

Well done and keep going!!
My Dad was told he'd be dead within a year, ten years ago and he's still around. Modern medicine can work wonders, especially with a positive mental attitude and family support.

That is very good news. Now we'll pray for the next 3 years so you'll be considered cured. My wife had Hodgkins when we were married and it has been in remission since 1992 so she's considered cured. Hope you will be to very soon.
Skysoldier, that's wonderful! Congrats to you and God Bless :)
Thanks guys. Like Bumper says "Its a great feeling"
Congrats on that good news...
