    Yesterday Was A Sad Day

    A friend of mine and a very awsome and giving person lost his life yesterday in an awful motorcycle accident here in Houston.

    My condolences to you and his family. I too lost a friend this way over 30 years ago. I still think of him when I go past that area.

    FWIIW -- most riders understand the Bill McKenna's quote:

    Some times the the finish line arrives a bit quicker than we anticipate. But what the hey....
