    Exclamation Alert for ExSoldier: Surgery Monday June 29 at 0800!

    ExSoldier goes into a Surgery Suite at 0800 tomorrow June 29 for major surgery. It is elective surgery, and Jim has worked hard to prepare for it, and knows it will change his life. If he wasn't such a shy fella he'd share all of the technical stuff, maybe this post will draw him out a bit!

    Let's all pray for him and have some moments of silence, reflection, and prayers, and wish him the best!

    Jim has shared with all of us at one time or another, and served his country as a member and officer in the military, so let's give him a big support cheer!

    Exclamation ExSoldier's Surgery Thread

    Hey everybody, I'm having Gastric Bypass surgery tomorrow morning. I have to be at the hospital at 0730HRS, but I don't know what time they'll start cutting. As soon as there is an update to give ROCK & GLOCK will post it here, he's on my e-mail contact tree from a relative. I know I'll come thru it fine and I know this because no matter what happens GOD is in charge, so it's all okay. I have about 90 min left before I have to stop consuming anything (it's been BROTH all day today, anyway) and I've had my meds so I'm going to bed soon. I just want all of you to know how much you all mean to me and I hope to be back here posting fast. I'll have a week to recover and that's going to be my life -- posting here and on Free Republic. LOL Doctor's Orders!
