Prayers Needed for my Wife
She had a mammogram and .... they found "something." She is right now on her way to have a needle biopsy done while I have to wait here for the stupid A/C repairman! Her best friend is taking her to the hospital and will wait for her. In 8 days we will celebrate our 21st anniversary. Folks, I can't live without her.

I know what you mean, I'm going on 32 years with mine.
Prayers will be sent. Take care and hope for the best.

Don't panic. Lots of stuff is seen that turns out be unimportant once it is biopsied.
Lots of folks who do have breast cancer are successfully treated and cured, or manage to have very many more years---10-15 or so.
Good luck to both of you with this.

Ex... Take some comfort in Hopyard's words here. Optimism is the name of the game here... Especially while waiting for biopsy results.
You can worry yourself sick for no reason.
We all care about our members here and our prayers are with you and your wife during this ordeal.
I pray for the lord to give you strength and grace so you can calm your wife's fears. She's gotta be a nervous wreck herself.
Be strong buddy, and keep your wife pre-occupied while waiting for the test results.
I will pray for you and your wife daily, Sir!
Keep us in the loop. We are all family members here!

It's hard to do, but stay as calm as you can for her sake. Many of these things, caught early, are curable. You're good wife will need your strength now. We will certaunly offer a prayer for her.

They found "something" on my ear and did the same thing. Turned out to be harmless. Now I'm down one mole and a bit of cartilage.
Results should come back quickly. Good luck, but don't worry excessively. And if you get too worried: screw the AC guy and visit the hospital!

Ex...
Hang in there, they can find lots of 'somethings'. My wife has had multiple 'somethings' found and removed.
Because they 'find' something does not necessarily mean bad things.
It is a trying situation when waiting for tests and procedures, but I'm sure thing will work out quite well.
Take care,
