Good Work! I've been having good luck getting off the pound and toning up with kettlebells. it's cardio and strength training in one and kinda fun taboot. anyway here's a website I used to find some good workouts.

PS there is a article somewhere about action shooters getting better with them.
BTW I have no money in the site or anything I hate to sound like i'm trying to sell something. they've just been good for me.
Great keep it up. I'm losing with you. On 6-16-09 I was 235, as of this morning at 187. Quit all junk food and exercise every morning. Feels great don't it?

Great job! Congratulations.
Wife got us a gym membership...So happened it was on my 43 Birthday. 3 days a week for about 75 to 90 minutes....

On the way now...Lost a few pounds, not a lot. Just changing my diet for now. Had some tendinitis in my ankles and it has really put me down as far as exercise goes. I have a sweet tooth, and have just about cut out all junk food. Pants are fitting much better. Congrats...

Amazing thing is that once your away from the sweet junk foods for a couple of months you don't miss them any longer (at least I haven't).

I retired in 7/06 and I weighted around 265 +/- 2 lbs continually
I have weighted around 214 for almost 15 months. Waist size has dropped 4 inches.
Lack of fast food for breakfast and lunch is the cause. McDonalds Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuits for breakfast and Pizza Hut ETC for lunch.
I don't miss it at all. I just had a physical and the blood work, All is within normal ranges, BP was 105/55
I am considering going for another 16 lbs just so that I can say I am under 200 lbs.
