    If we stop using half measures in the mentoring mission, we have an excellent chance. The guys we need to be targeting are the 20-25 yr old officers and NCOs who are the future of the ANAAC. The "old heads", IMO, need to be bought off and sent on their way--they are the ones who are hindering progress...
