Roger that! I get annual physicals with full blood chems. So far, everything has been well within limits. I told my boys I plan to be around to have a meaningful relationship with my grand children (whenever they are conceived).

Thanks to everyone. It's tough, but I haven't really grieved yet as I am helping my brother (remotely) with all the final things that follow the loss. I plan to take a few days this week to reflect and decompress.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. I eulogized my Dad yesterday and found it to be very therapeutic.

Condolences. It is even harder to lose the 2nd parent and neither one is around any more. Made me feel really strange for quite a long time.
