Funny comment from someone who saw my CCW
I was at a car auction yesterday loading up a vehicle on a trailer to drive back to a friend’s used car lot in another town. One of the lot workers was there helping me load up the vehicle. While I was doing this my shirt blew up (It’s windy in Oklahoma) and he saw my concealed CZ-75. He stopped working and looked me up and down then asked, “You carry a gun?” I said, “Yup, I have a permit,” and went back to work but he continued to stare. So I told him, “Like a seat belt, I hope I will never need it but if I do I want to have it on.” He seemed to get the point I was making but as he went back to work he winked and said, “Don’t worry I won’t tell anyone.”
I mentioned to him that I had a permit so I was left wondering ‘who did he think he was going to tell?’

I spent 17 years in SW Oklahoma. A day with 15 MPH winds was considered a calm day. Been gone 11 years and still miss it.

I'm laughing!!!

It has been rather windy here lately, been playing havoc with my soft-top Jeep. Glad to hear he was at least somewhat understanding.

I want to think that his saying "don' worry I won't tell anyone"...... he was expressing his desire to be friendly, possibly be your friend and respecting your decision to carry and your privacy.

"You carry a gun?"
In the style of here's your sign....
"Nope I'm a holster model and it came with the holster, just like that picture I got of my family in the frame at wal-mart." lol

My bet goes to respecting privacy.

The challenges in Oklahoma , Kansas and Nebraska..... doing conceal carry and being able to find clothes to wear on windy days and still keep the gun concealed. LOL. I know this one.....

I lived in windy Colorado for nearly a decade. I now live on the east coast, still in CCW friendly VA but way too close for the Maryland and DC cops to arrest me if I ever exhibited my second ammendment rights on their front yard.
Printing, not so much.
Revealing, maybe a little more, especially if the owner was a D-A**.
Wind in the shirt, who would really notice, well, maybe no one.
Well, maybe someone.
We all have to be careful, all the time.
