Like Stallone did in "Assassins"...The weapon is in my cast!
Awesome movie.

If you're going to carry one weapon, might as well carry two, because as the saying goes, "Two is one, and one is none."
"Liberals can decline or whine, but I will still carry and conceal mine." - Cold Warrior. Excellent quote good sir!
I would switch to my "mirror" weak side holster and carry there.
Carryin would be the easy part.
It's the shootin part that would concern me.
Without purchasing new gear:
In the sling... whether you need one or not... strong hand hidden in the sling to hold weapon. or sew a holster in the sling... body side, cross draw.
or usual strong side... rear hip 4:00 - 4:30, draw from behind the back... slower but I practice this one frequently.
tuckables are about out with this problem... unless you can use your strong thumb for a smartcarry... or a cel pal weak side draw.
that's all I can think of... well, OC in the weak hand... cocked and locked! not recommended.
I could shoot with a broken arm in a cast...a sling could make a faster draw, too!![]()

sorry for the letdown Broken, great idea to use the cast as a holster

Depending on the break you could still shoot if you had to. The better option in my opinion, is to learn to carry and shoot weak side. Spend a couple of bucks for a holster to carry weak-side ( it doesn't have to be a high end custom rig) and practice, practice, practice.

I'd probably get a left-hand holster and carry weak side.....reloads would be interesting...probably carry strong side too.
Fortunately, I practice 1-handed reloads...<dang!> Now I need to practice with the weak side....

I've had to do it twice. I carried left side and practiced a lot. It was harder learning how to brush my teeth and zip my pants.![]()

I'd definitely carry in a sling which I'd probably specially modify for that purpose. This is why I practice shooting left and right-handed with one and two hands.
