In this part of the world dashing around on the interstate like a maniac will get you arrested for reckless driving.
While flashing lights at a vehicle to get them to move may be acceptable and common on the autobahn over in Europe, we arent in Europe so it cannot be expected that who ever is in the fast lane knows what it means.
Since this post is clearly about illegal behavior(speeding and stopping like a fool in the middle of the interstate) and what to do about it, I am closing it.
