Yeah, over here in the Ozarks, we just call them peanut butter crackers.

Nabs (n): See Lance crackers, specifically Toastchee.

This scenario is pretty clear cut BTW. Only in the most repressive 2A enclaves, or oddest of circumstances, would you find a DA or LEO who had a problem with this shoot.

this BG could be one of those that shoots the witness(girl behind the counter) and has alreadyl confirmed that when he fired the gun.

Unfortunately this is not a good idea. When the BG's "Sainted" mother shows the jury the video of her poor son who just needed money for his baby's formula dropping his gun and throwing his hands up as he fell after the second shot, she is going to tell the jury you were playing judge, jury and excecutioner, and now her grandson will grow up with out a father.

There are no Marquis of Queensbury rules at play here. There's no need to give him a warning or offer him an opportunity to get a round off, IMHO.
I like the way you think.

+1...That's about the best choice in my opinion...
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

Same here. Peanut butter crackers and a Dr Pepper puffs me up enough that I can skip lunch.

As far as what I'd do? He made the decision for me when he fired his shot.
