he;'s armed and proven unstable by shooting a the wall. if I can get a clean shot I will take it, in fear of him either shooting the cashier on his way out, or me...

Nabs (n): See Lance crackers, specifically Toastchee.
This scenario is pretty clear cut BTW. Only in the most repressive 2A enclaves, or oddest of circumstances, would you find a DA or LEO who had a problem with this shoot.

Nabs are want you eat with RC, if you don't feel like having a moon pie.

this BG could be one of those that shoots the witness(girl behind the counter) and has alreadyl confirmed that when he fired the gun.
July 29th, 2010 12:37 PM
that shot could have been in your direction or may be if he decides to peel off another round...hes going down...and i dont care how close i am the body is an easy hit...and he will absorb multiple rounds until he is effectively stopped....
i'm not sure i'll make it outside before i puke...but i'm still gonna try to walk out without paying for my nabs and rc...

Unfortunately this is not a good idea. When the BG's "Sainted" mother shows the jury the video of her poor son who just needed money for his baby's formula dropping his gun and throwing his hands up as he fell after the second shot, she is going to tell the jury you were playing judge, jury and excecutioner, and now her grandson will grow up with out a father.

Same here. Peanut butter crackers and a Dr Pepper puffs me up enough that I can skip lunch.

Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME. Our success in this will be proportional to how hard we work to make it happen.
