Judging by what I've read in the news and on the web most bank robberies or over in less than 5 minutes. There was even a video floating around here of a guy robbing a hotel and the customer right next to the robber didn't even realize what was happening until the robber shot himself I just don't see it.
That said. if I'm on the ground like everyone is saying I'm going to align my pistol right along the floor and take his feet off .
lol, treo is the only one who said what i was thinking as far as the wallets go, why is he not going for the tellers drawers? although I would think maybe waiting for him to turn then aim for the side of his leg, i would be afraid of a ricochet

..............so its a identity theft being covered by a bank robbery?

OK, this is just me thinking but if I were going to commit a robbery I wouldn't want anyone reaching into their pockets. I would want their hands right out where I could see them. but that's just me
Short answer - Within 30 seconds of this beginning the BG would be dead. At that range Im not missing a shot to the head and Im not thinking twice about it. The situation went to worse before it even went bad by grabbing my loved one. Even if he turned his back on me while still holding my daughter, Im still going to shoot and deal with anything legal problems later. As I said, he grabbed my family and said he would kill them and by doing so effectively gave up any chance he ever had of walking away.
BETTER TO BE TRIED BY 12 THAN CARRIED BY 6
Hesitation kills faster than a bullet.
If your head is up your *$$ you are unaware of danger. You are in the perfect position to kiss it goodbye.
