Sounds like a guy who bought a gun because he didn't feel safe while being up and out that early. Centerville has slowly been sliding that slippery slope...... I wonder if that was his first time carrying, too. He could have been out doing that at 4am to see how it felt to walk down the street with it. I don't know, but I think Ron was right.... DEFINATELY Condition White. Sheep in Sheepdogs clothing.

I just can't imagine HOW he didn't bother to step aside or even hear these guys and he did nothing.

Con' white and open carry - very bad juju. Con'white and concealed - still bad juju, but just not quite so likely to have the piece stolen.

And - 4.10 am? - con' orange would be more appropriate anyways!

Guy obviously had no business being armed. Just the type of story for the hoplophobes to point to and say, "I told you so!"

Open carry by non leo's, can get tricky. I remember when I worked for
an amored car service as a guard. When delivering money people would always make threatenig comments, some jokingly also. However, when a guy is guarding 200,000 bucks in a bad neighborhood don't joke with him. Anyway, quit that one because the open carry just drew too much attention.

Not good, sounds like the guy needs better training or judgement. (or both)
