    Just duck as you fire, bending your bullets to arc in a curve that takes you out of the line of fire. Saw it in a movie.

    Not getting shot is simple. Don't be in the same space as the bullet, it will take the right of way everytime.

    Not exactly. It still depends on where in the head or on the CNS that they are hit. There is a 'no reflex' point or area, but it's not overlarge.

    Have killed animals by decapitating them. They sometimes still have movements. No idea if this applies to humans.

    Might happen that way but, I should still be OK as I would be moving laterally as I pumped rounds into him. I'm not in a duel from years ago. There are no rules in gun fights. Movement is your friend.
