The same people that walk by would be wondering why no one helped their kid in trouble. I keep waiting for an actor to get a real beat down before anyone can stop the concerned citizen on that show "What would you do?"

Thanks for all the responses. Now for what I would do. For those that have seen my previous post's it should come to no surprise that I have come to one conclusion: It is the unions fault this happened Just kidding you guys!
But seriously. This is a serious issue. My cousin was almost abducted 15 years ago. Fortunately she was safe but nobody came to her aid. (she got loose from the perverts grip and ran away) What I would do? My brain says to get all the information, call 911/ We just don't know what really is gong on.
But I can see getting involved. When it comes to kids our brains sometimes get tossed to the side. I guess if I got involved I would yell stop, start yelling police and call 911. Just make a ruckus. I think a BG would at that point runaway. I would think if it was a legitimate guardian or relative they would get irate and stay.
I think it is a great video.

I learned about the bystander effect in school, and one thing you can do if anyone on here is in trouble and really needs help is single someone out. Don't just yell for help. If you can, make eye contact with ONE person, point your finger at them (if you can) and say, "YOU! I NEED YOUR HELP!" and alot of the times that'll snap them out of it or atleast make it harder for them to deny you help.
