I do. I like the long range stuff. 50 yards plus. ( for pistol) not great at it yet. I pistol hunt with my 41 mag S&W sighted in a 100 yards off bench. I have a shooting stick on stand with me. my deer kills will be 50-75 yard range. ( no long gun rule in my area)

I've done some 50-yd shooting at plates - quite enjoyable, and something I need to do more of to improve.

I can do it with more consistently with my 1911s, 22 LR and 357 Magnums hitting 10" steel plates free handed at 50 yards. A couple at 75 yards but none tried at 100 yards, yet.

I still struggle with my Sig P220, Glocks and snubbies.

I belong to a gun club with an outdoor range.

I can hit 16 inch steel targets at 100 yards with a Glock 19. I must admit it took me an entire magazine to get the hang of it, but after that, I hit the plate 6 times in a row. Warren Tactical sights and good trigger and breath control. Obviously the man who saved the cops life has practiced it before.

I won't make any claim to being "good at it" but nailing paper plates at 50 yards is pretty do-able for me with the right handgun.

Last range trip- one of my few trips to the outdoor range (only one I've been to that goes to 100yds) I tried a silhouette with my 1911. The first time I tried, I hit paper 2-3 times out of 8. But, the other six were in the dirt where the crotch/legs/feet would be on a real person. So... I'll say not too bad.

I plan on doing that kind of shooting a lot more once I'm fully recovered from surgery. As it was, I was shaking just a little. I plan on getting much better at it before too much longer.

Spent a year on an Army Pistol team shooting at 25 and 50 yards almost daily. (And doing it one-handed! )

Ive shot our service m9's from 50 yards kneeling and hit on steel. We had a shoot off between me and one of my instructors to do one handed, standing from 100 yards and I shot all around the steel but never hit.
