Here is an up date , Monday night the local PD under cover did a follow up on this guy.

Yes he was home and cops knocked on his door at about 9:30 pm .

They went in check and said there was no dope found .

The daughter of this swine left in a hurry with other swine about 5 mins for PD showed up.

I talked to them again after they where done. They know whats up

They said yes they still had info that he was doing same ole stuff. The cops could smell it also .

He has been given a 15 day notice to leave and I told that to PD also.

This guy is not going to leave on his own

keep a shotgun handy with buckshot for indoor work. Cameras wuld be smart. We liked it when tennants were on Section 8 (government rent assistance) becuse if they left and owed money or didn't pay for damage, the program dropped them. Not a 100% guarantee, but pretty good assurance.

Cannabis smokers are not normally violent people, but there are exceptions, especially when they mix it with other substances.

The suspect should have no idea it was you who turned him in, and if between now and the time he goes to court he threatens you in any way, make sure to let the officer you worked with know so he/she can inform the DA.

This is retaliation and witness tampering and I would make sure I pressed it (both are felonys) and I would take him to small claims court and sue him. There is a thing called preponderance of the evidence, in laymen’s terms because you called the cops and gave him an eviction notice he has a motive to damage your car so in this case you DON”T have to prove he did it but that he is the most likely suspect due to what is happening

Well, he definitely knows it was you. The question now is, exactly what kind of guy this is. Only he and people in his circle know, so just assume he's the type that has no problem blowing your face off or paying somebody else to do so. The other worry is, even when he's out (evicted), he could still come back.

IMO you should assume that this guy and his associates are dangerous and base your preparations on that premise. Based on all the evidence you have posted I hope you are on high alert using SA all the time!

Paper trails and witnesses are very important and could make all the difference in the event you need to defend yourself.

Up date well today he should have all the stuff out of apartment .

We have not been in to see if any damage to apartment has been done at this point.

We have lock smith set to change locks tuesday .

And yes my SA will not change

Up date well we had the locks changed on friday .

The apartment will need alot of cleaning work and paint.

This pig never ever cleaned a thing in 2.5 years .

Thank god its all tile inside but still a huge mess even on tile.

I have not seen him back than goodness.

You can't spend enough money to keep a drug dealer from moving in next door (they make a lot of money). You might get a higher end drug dealer but it can still happen. .
