I choose to sleep an extra hour, get up at 0500 which gives me enough time to shower, shave, and get dressed before the wife is out of bed. This gives me about 30 minutes of "me time" to make coffee for myself and breakfast for my lovely wife, which she usually eats in the car on our way to work since she wakes up too late to eat before we leave.
Your a good husband! When I'm home and when I was working in-town, 4am was my wake-up time. It sucks but the time I had to myself to wake up and prepar for my day was worth it. I DID have to start going to bed ealier though. That is just what I did for me in my situation.
