It was hard to see where he was in the video, but I would call 911, then draw and advance concealed until I got close enough to either disarm him or stop the threat of violence from him. Am I in danger here? Probably not, but others could be, and I feel that is part of why I carry concealed, not only to protect myself, my family, but others who are not able to protect themselves. Just my $.02 worth.
