And this is why 'anti-gun' Mr. Ed thinks no one needs an AR-15 when a small revolver can do those things.

Perhaps it is just another "coincidence" that the good guys are made to look bad!
Say that episode also; Frank’s answers were just short of calling the “reporter” a blithering idiot.

The OP was watching last night's episode of "Blue Bloods", and Tom Selleck (AKA Commisioner Regan) handled it really well when the stupid reporter on the show was being a jerk. Tom Selleck talked about his officers being trained to shoot until the threat is stopped. It was handled VERY pro-police and pro-gun.

I forgot about "Jake and the Fatman". When I made the comment, I was thinking about "Cannon".

Yes, that's what we were watching. But my wife said it right after he shot him then the reporter asked it later. I did think Tom Selleck's character handled it well.

Which is where you should have learned to keep your hooves off the trigger until you're ready to shoot.

How old is she ? Roy Rogers.... always refused to shoot any bad guys on his TV show, thus he would always shoot the gun out of their hands. He didn't want kids seeing him shooting anyone and setting a bad example.
