Sorry to read here what you and your colleagues are having to go through....I agree with others, this is harrassment.

I fear that it wouldn't take much (one of them being in a foul mood, under the influence of something, etc.) for one of those junior knuckleheads to escalate the situation. They likely feel they can get away with it.

I believe that spitting on someone is assualt, but they did not actually spit on you. It sounds like complaining to Kirby's management itself would be the most effective. They should take steps of replacing the local management which should end your problem shortly there after. Let us know if you need a "Visit Betty at Work Day" LOL

If these are employees of Kirby, then the company is liable for their conduct. A call to their corporate offices should resolve things pretty quickly.

If not, perhaps a nice fragmentation grenade.....

I didn't know there was more than one Nashville location. It seems like half the city pours out just for that one location. It's the Metrocenter office.

As much as these guys need a baton to the teeth (repeat 10x), I think they would be better suited for a face full of OC, plus a video camera of them crying for mommy and then posted on YouTube.

If any of them hit you with saliva then that is a chargeable offense and a reportable incident in itself aside from harassment,.

It is considered to be Assault by way of bodily fluids.
I think that is what it is termed.
If it happens again then call the Police.

In my state the law is, if someone spits on you ............
and I mean the least little bit touches you, it's Battery.
Unfortunately it's only a Misdemeanor, it only becomes a Felony Agg Battery if the subj. has a Blood Borne Pathogen. (Nice huh?).

I have never been spit on (knock on wood) and I hope it never happens cause I'll probably end up with the Agg Battery charge.
