From the video, it seems that the lady actually struck him first and was pushing and cursing at him. Although I don't agree that she deserved what she got, it seems that the video clip shown shows her initiating battery on him. It looks like she slaps him while he stumbles and all the while prior to kicking the crap out of her, she is pushing him saying, "Get the F___ out of here."

The bartender, from Poland, was on O'Reilly last night....very attractive.
Her and her attorney were, understandibly, upset that the suspect and fellow LEO harrassed people in an effort to intimidate her the following day from reporting the incident.

That man could have easily killed that girl. Did you see the way he threw her to the ground? He could have broken her neck doing that. Thankfully the girl survived the attack, but it could have very, very easily ended badly for her.
I would have drawn my gun and told him to stop and get away from the woman. If he continued to beat her I would have shot him. If he came at me I would have retreated around the bar, keeping it between him and me, until I couldn't retreat any farther, at which point I would have shot him center mass until he dropped. If he stepped away from the woman I would have told her to get behind me and wait for the police.
A 250 pound man could very easily 'seriously injure or kill' a 115 pound woman, which is what the law considers justification for deadly force (at least in my state). Regardless of what the law says, I am not going to stand by and watch this man beat this woman; I am going to stop him, even if it takes lethal force. Men like that are a menace to society and should be in jail or in the ground.
