EMS/Medics, unfortunately most are not allowed to carry
Teacher from the way things are going.
Over the road truck drivers. Most of my drivers either carry or have one loaded in the cab or sleeper.
In wichita, most of our schools grades 6-12 have school resource officers at them. So, as far as my city goes, I think having teachers carrying could potentially complicate a situation. My father is in the real estate business, and I can agree that it can be a dangerous profession. Before I joined the force, I worked for my dad, maintaining properties he bought and such. He buys at wholesale prices from individuals that are usually having financial problems. Sometimes, there would be people that didn't agree with the deal we had with the owner (mad family members), and we would be in the middle of a fight. I went to do work on them after my father closed on the properties, and there were several situation were I needed to have a gun if a disagreement went south.
Stop & robs AND repo. For sure.
Prostitutes should carry but I donít know how they would on the job. Maybe a shoulder holster would work. Retention would also be difficult do to the physically active nature of the job and the close proximity of clients.
Sex for hire is legal here in Nevada except in the more populated areas, such as the counties that Las Vegas and Reno are in.
Car salesmen believe it or not. In our area, car salesmen have to ride in the car with the potential buyer. A few years ago, a salesman was robbed of the car he was showing and killed. Also, newspaper people. I know a lady who delivers papers at 4am and carries a gun because she collects money from the machines.
