Which civilian occupation is most dangerous?
What occupations do you think are those that have the greatest need for a concealed carry weapon? Some occupations are more dangerous than others, pizza delivery guy is one that I often hear of being robbed.
Obviously LE/Security details are most dangerous, but other than those jobs what else is out there that you would not do without a gun or other weaponry?
I met with a Realtor yesterday, I would not do that job (meeting strangers in empty houses) without being armed. That was what got me thinking.
Some of us will say that all jobs demand a gun, that's ok I agree with that. But what are the jobs that you absolutely wouldn't recommend to anyone not carrying a gun.
Like Pizza guy or Realtor for me.

Convenience store clerk merits some consideration.
For that matter, any cash register operator in a bad part of town, does too.
Good topic for a thread....

Stop and Robs, yes!
If this thread gets enough responses it could make a good resource to hopefully change the minds of a few employees and maybe even a few employers.

Tow Truck, or cab driver. Anything were you go to a remote location to meet someone unknown to you.

Field Service technicians, gotta go were the job takes you at all hours of the night. I've ended up in a lot of bad places that I normally wouldn't want to be after dark.

Liberty is an inherently offensive lifestyle. Living in a free society guarantees that each one of us will see our most cherished principles and beliefs questioned and in some cases mocked. It's worth it.

Taxi Driver, Pizza Delivery, Tow Truck Driver, basically anything where you carry cash and a customer can call up and demand your appearance at any arbitrary spot.
Stop-n-rob clerk, fast food or 24-hour restaurant employee, or any other job that involves working late at night in a bad neighborhood where you've got cash.

How about the guy who collects money at laundry mat locations. I used to do this and have had some close calls.
