Seem anymore scotus has decided allot of things that are unconstitutional. Was a time you only read of KGB and SS Troops doing things like that. Well after the No Knock then the Ruby Ridge and Waco and last but not least New Orleans it don't seem like their is any difference between any of them. Funny it isn't what the founding fathers intended.

Yeah, things go wrong. We don't always agree with SCOTUS decisions. Thankfully, we have a still robust system of checks and balances, and a free and (relatively) fair electoral process.
