The 1st video was good, but I HATE the crappy music that people add to real life video's on youtube.
And why does it always have to be songs with screaming nonsense in them?

Dosn't he have like a Colt Python or something.
You do not fight like you train nor will you rise to the occasion, but rather default to the highest level you have mastered....Officer B. Harnish.

the BG was running away when the hotel clerk was shooting at his back the D.A. would charge the clerk. Also he almost dusted the baby. Scarey dude. Now if hw would have drawn on the perp and held he would have been a responsible CCW.Talked this one over with local Police .They have seen this video and the consesis is "thats why we are against CCW this shows us the hot dogs out there using bad judgement"

The clerk's words in his own defense. The previous hosted videos said he did hit the BG 3 times with 3 shots, looked to me like he missed with the first. The BG did shoot at him first which resulted in him chasing/shooting. He claims the child was not as close as it seemed from the camera angle. Looks to me like he was trained/ready enough to be put in such a situation and that it turned out exactly as it should have.

What would you do as an on looker in this situation?

this has one gun somewhere and 3-4 other guys also. Just to mention, every situation could happen at any time, it's just good to know some responsible people have gun training and moral standards to help protect the innocent/community.
These police are against CCW in general, then. The shooter ensured he was away from the child, drew his gun and when the robber nearly shot at him, he fired in defense of his life. He did not miss, he did everything as he was supposed to.
It doesn't get much better than that one right there.
Edit: You cannot see the entire action since it's partially off camera, but watch it closely. He pulled his gun with the intention of scaring off the bad guy. Notice he did not begin shooting immediately. He drew his gun and pointed it at the bad guy, and when the bad guy made it clear that he intended to continue the conflict, the good guy fired on him.
I'll take a .45 and a large side of JHPs, please.
I will shoot until the deadly threat is gone. A BG running away and shooting it me over his shoulder will be fired upon. A BG running away will not be shoot at. (Thats just the way I roll)
There are 10 types of people in the world:
Those who understand binary, and those that don't.
“You come at me with a sword and with a spear. But I come at you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you". 1 Samuel 17, 45-46

I don't know. A baby....kinda "iffy". But at the end of the video the guy must be REALLY into his GLOCK. I got that much from the video.
