    Explosion At Downtown Disney

"A “low-level crude device” resembling a pipe bomb went off at Downtown Disney early Monday morning, Orange County deputies said.

Detectives are analyzing pieces of the device they found tucked away in a trash can inside a dumpster along the parking lot of Downtown Disney.

A Walt Disney World employee discovered the device early Monday morning.

"A Disney employee advised he heard a noise and observed white smoke coming from a large trash container," said Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary.

No one was hurt, and damage was minor.

The sheriff’s office said it has increase patrols countywide, including at Downtown Disney. However, they said in this case, the explosion appears to be an isolated incident and not connected to any terror threat."

The Magic kingdom would be a horrifc attack, people from many different countries, and lots of them. With the recent attacks in the UK im sure they are testing the waters.

Because of this, you will no longer be able to carry liquids larger than 3 oz. into the park, and they must pass through the security check in a bomb proof ziplock bag. No drinks will be allowed in, as Disney would not be able to charge outrageous margins for soda and water. Also, anyone named BILL will be patted down, as it is a common name that Middle Eastern people use due to the ease of learning to spell it. Plus, BILL means that we are not profiling every middle eastern person that goes into the park...

It was in a dumpster in the Downtown Disney area, which has no access controls.

This comes on the heels of Disney and the Orange County Sheriff's Office conducting a massive crackdown on the punk kids who were hanging out in Downtown Disney at night being a nuisance.

On those occasions when I am there at night, I am most often armed. Some of the folks hanging out down there are a bit, well, on the maggoty side.

There is no place in Orange County that I would not be armed.

Copy that. I am seldom unarmed in Seminole, and we don't have near the scumbaggery Orange has.

+1 on being armed whenever/where ever in Orange County or Central FL in general these days. Lots of stuff going on in C/ FL in recent days. Shooting on I-4 the other in a road rage incident. Shooting of a clerk during robbery.

People planting bombs is terrorism, wheteher they threaten to do it first or not. Sounds to me like the chamber of commerce wrote that line.

    Terrorism ?
    I doubt it.

Probably some punk that smuggled an M-200 from Mexico and set if off in the trash can.

Yeah, these days the bad guys shoot you whether you comply or not.
Plans? Why make plans when you can do things haphazardly?
